What is the Palworld Breeding Calculator?
The Palworld Breeding Calculator is a free tool that shows the exact baby Pal produced by any two parents, lists every parent pairing that breeds a chosen Pal, and plans the shortest breeding path. It reads the datamined Palworld 1.0 pairing table (all 299 Pals, 44,849 combinations), so results match the game exactly rather than relying on an approximate formula.
How Palworld breeding works
Breeding lets you combine two Pals to hatch a third — often a rarer or more powerful species you can't easily catch. Build a Breeding Farm (level 19), assign one male and one female Pal, add a Cake, and incubate the egg. The baby species is not random: every Pal has a hidden Breeding Power, and each parent pair maps to one fixed child. This site reads the datamined pairing table directly, so results are 100% accurate. Read the full breeding guide →
Frequently asked questions
How does breeding work in Palworld?
Place one male and one female Pal in a Breeding Farm (unlocked at level 19) with a Cake, and they produce an egg. The baby Pal is determined by a fixed pairing formula based on each Pal's hidden Breeding Power — this calculator uses the exact datamined pairing table so every result matches the game.
Does the gender of the parents change the baby?
For almost every pairing, no — any male + female of the two species gives the same child. The only exceptions are Katress + Wixen combinations, which our calculator flags automatically.
Is this breeding calculator updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. All data is datamined directly from the Palworld v27 game files (the 1.0 / Feybreak release), covering all 299 Pals and 44,849 breeding combinations.
How do I breed a specific Pal like Anubis?
Use the "Find Parents" tab, pick your target Pal, and the calculator lists every parent pairing that produces it — sorted from the easiest parents to obtain.
Can I breed legendary Pals like Jetragon or Frostallion?
Legendary Pals such as Jetragon, Frostallion, Necromus, Paladius and Shadowbeak cannot be bred from other species — you must catch them, then breed two of the same. The Shortest Path tool tells you when a Pal is catch-only.
